Born in Avilés, (Asturias), in 1979, grandson of the painter Marcelino Menéndez
Semi-blind in one eye, a circumstance that provides a unique talent in selecting subjects and framing them (clearly visible in the works)
After various years of purely aesthetic photography, at 29 years of age he started to treat photography as something more than an elegant composition and something nice to view and to concentrate more on the artistic part of photography and on the creation and transmission of moods, visions and feelings.
Studying "University Expert in Photography and Creative Action" given by the Miguel Hernández University in Elche.

Nacido en Avilés, (Asturias) en 1979, nieto del pintor Marcelino Menéndez.
Semi-ciego de un ojo, circunstancia que le otorga una exquisita capacidad en la selección de los motivos, y encuadre de los mismos (claramente visible en la obra, por otra parte)
Tras varios años de fotografía meramente estética, a los 29 es cuando se empieza a tomar la fotografía como algo más que una composición elegante y agradable de ver y centrarse más en la parte artística y de creación y la transmisión de estados de ánimo, visiones y sentimientos.
Cursando "Experto universitario en Fotografía y acción creativa" impartido por la Universidad Miguel Hernández, en Elche.
